I have a particular focus on helping women advance in their careers and develop stronger leadership skills and executive presence. I understand the external barriers women face as well as the internal self-limiting behaviors that can hold them back and diminish their effectiveness. Together we create a development plan and engage in a coaching process that will help you move forward to achieve greater success.

As a Chapter Chair for the Women Presidents' Organization (WPO), I facilitate a monthly executive roundtable for women business owners. The synergy of the peer advisory group empowers members to achieve increased business and financial success and individual growth.
